Who are Origin Breaks? Formed in Plymouth during 2006 following an explosion of interest in 91-92 Old Skool Rave, Origin is a collective of very experienced producers, DJ's, label owners and promoters. Part of a much larger underground musical movement, dedicated to returning the old skool vibe to the UK music scene, we are proud to showcase some of the finest talent on the Hardcore Breaks and Nu-Rave scenes in the Southwest.


DJ Saltee - the co-founder of Origin Breaks. Saltee has been DJ-ing and producing for 15 years now and is quickly making a name for himself on the Hardcore Breaks scene. Affectionately know as 'the seadog', for reasons unbeknown to him, Saltee aims to captain this new old skool sound in Plymouth and the Southwest with the Origin Krew.
